You should print off the page and neatly fill in the missing information in your own handwriting or printing.. All problems(from bottom of the page) should be done on the reverse side of the page.

You can earn up to 2% extra added on to your final grade for submitting the review sheets in early. Please see deadlines below.

Bonus Marks All sheets should be attempted in your own handwriting(not typed up) and passed in by the following deadlines

Early deadline(dates below) as much as a total of +1% (each is worth 1/6 or 0.167 %)
--> number of early sheets x 0.167= % early bonus(max 1%)

Exemption deadline + 1%

All completed review sheets must be submitted by Wednesday June 3 for bonus.

Chem 12 students have found that they need to review their notes from grade 11 chemistry periodically in that course.

I will lend /return review sheets to you on Friday June 5 for exam study These review sheets must be returned to me when you submit your textbook to me on the day of the exam. I add bonus marks on your mark at the end once I have received BOTH the review sheets back and the It is your responsibility to make sure I have BOTH the review sheets and your textbook.

-Make doubley sure that your name is on your work.
-Please do not give work to friends to pass in. I will not accept it.
- If you are submitting your work at noon hour or at the end of the day personally give it to me. do not put it in the blue box(this can only be done during class time)
-Your work must be your own and done only by you. Please take care to word things in your own way. Any work that is questionable in nature will not receive bonus marks.
